Wellness Programs:
At Golden and Cohen, we deliver online and live wellness programs to promote behavior change and healthy lifestyle choices. There are programs available in self-directed mode for personal health improvement, or with a company to support a coach-directed model.

All wellness programs can be configured to match client service levels and business rules including the duration of the program, action steps to be included, and incentive points available.


COBRA Administration:
COBRA administration is a complex process governed by constantly changing rules and regulations. Virtually every aspect of COBRA is extremely time-sensitive, so prompt and appropriate actions are critical. Golden & Cohen can take the worry out of COBRA administration by providing comprehensive, efficient, and compliant administration.

EAP Programs:
EAP Programs Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are employee benefit programs offered by many employers, typically in conjunction with a health insurance plan. EAPs are intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. EAPs generally include assessment, short-term counseling and referral services for employees and their household members.

Cafeteria Plans:
A cafeteria plan allows an employee to choose where his or her benefit dollars will be spent. The plan can provide a number of selections, including medical, accident, disability, vision, dental and group term life insurance. It can reimburse actual medical expenses. It can pay children’s day care expenses. And, it does these things with pre-tax dollars. One thing to remember is that these benefits must be funded with tomorrow’s earnings, not yesterday’s. By that I mean, each person must estimate the costs that he or she will incur during the plan’s upcoming year and request to have the estimated amount redirected from wages into the plan.

The employee benefits survey is designed to capture employees’ attitudes, perceptions and understanding of a company’s benefit package. You can choose to use either stock templates and questions, or you can fully customize the survey with questions specific to your employee group. Surveys can be administered either online or on paper. The results are formulated in full color charts and tables that give you quantitative data about your employees and their perceptions about the benefits that you provide them.

Online Benefit Enrollment:
Many carriers have online enrollment. At Golden & Cohen, we have the ability to create Benefit Websites, Single Point Billing, and other technology services. We are confident these will serve your company and employees for online enrollment.

Benefits Communication:
We have several methods that we use: webinars, employee handbooks,trifolds, employee enrollment meetings, one-on –one meetings, overhead presentations, benefit guides, benefit selection forms, benefit statements. We are innovative and always revamping our methods to make sure that we can engage and explain to your employees the benefits you have purchased for your employees.
