Employee benefits survey — The employee benefits survey is designed to capture employees’ attitudes, perceptions and understanding of a company’s benefit package. You can choose to use either stock templates and questions, or you can fully customize the survey with questions specific to your employee group. Surveys can be administered either online or on paper.
